Subscription Terms (English)

Subscription terms
The following subscription terms apply to all subscriptions via Kunstsamlingen ApS, referred to as "Kunstsamlingen", "we" or "our".

1. Agreement Conclusion and Receipt
When you subscribe, you enter an agreement with Kunstsamling, Tungegårdsvej 6, 3650 Ølstykke (CVR-nr. 38 25 99 46). By signing a subscription, you will receive a receipt by email that you should save as it is the receipt for your purchase. All contracts and agreements are concluded in Danish and are governed by Danish law.

2. Subscription
A subscription is continuous and continues until terminated in writing or by telephone, see item. 3. At the end of a subscription period, the subscription will be automatically renewed for a period corresponding to the previous one. Offer periods (including special discounts, vouchers, etc.) can not be extended. At the end of an offer period, the subscription will continue to the normal subscription price.

3. Termination
The subscription can always be terminated in writing or by telephone. Termination can always be made until the expiration of the current subscription period.
The inquiry must be made to Customer Service, see item. 9.

4. Right of withdrawal
Under the Consumer Agreement Act, you have 14 days of cancellation. The deadline is counted from the time you log in to your art profile for the first time.
To make use of the right of withdrawal, you must notify Customer Service in writing within 14 days, see section. 9.
Remember to quit artist number or similar relevant identification so we can find your subscription.

5. Processing of personal data
Information you provide when subscribing to the Kunstsamlingen is registered and treated confidentially by the Kunstsamlingen. Personal data is collected in connection with the completion of purchases and provides access to services and services.

6. Disclaimer
The Kunstsamlingen accepts no responsibility for loss of profits, loss of operation or other indirect losses that may arise as a result of missing technical failures, problems with connection to the Internet, processing of data in connection with payment, or loss incurred otherwise. We also disclaim any liability for loss caused by failure to comply with technical specifications and additional instructions. The Kunstsamlingen is not responsible for defects or defects in purchased products, including errors in data, unless it can be proven that the error can be attributed to us as intentional or negligent. The agreement is subject to the Buying Code's deficiency rules that apply to consumer purchases.

7. Change of subscription terms
The Kunstsamlingen is entitled at any time to change the present subscription terms.
Changes will be notified with at least one month's notice and in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Guidelines for Use and Blocking of Subscriptions and Profiles
As a user of the Kunstsamlingen web services, you are required to show consideration to other users. Information and information you provide using your subscription, profile or post, etc. may not be racist, defamatory, written in a rough tone or otherwise offensive or offensive. The Kunstsamlingen reserves the right, but is not required to edit and remove content that does not comply with the guidelines without returning subscription payment.
A profile may also be blocked without prior notice if the Kunstsamlingen considers it necessary for technical or security reasons. The Kunstsamlingen reserves all right to require you to indemnify the Kunstsamlingen for any claim that may arise as a result of your violation of this Terms.

Abonnementsvilkår (Dansk)

Abonnementsvilkår
Nedenstående abonnementsvilkår gælder for alle abonnementer via Kunstsamlingen ApS, herefter benævnt "Kunstsamlingen", "vi" eller "vores".

1. Aftaleindgåelse og kvittering
Når du tegner et abonnement, indgår du en aftale med Kunstsamlingen, Tungegårdsvej 6, 3650 Ølstykke (CVR-nr. 38 25 99 46). Ved tegning af et abonnement modtager du en kvittering via e-mail, som du bør gemme, da det er kvitteringen for dit køb. Alle kontrakter og aftaler indgås på dansk og er underlagt dansk ret.

2. Abonnement
Et abonnement er fortløbende og fortsætter, indtil det opsiges skriftligt eller telefonisk, se pkt. 3. Ved udløb af en abonnementsperiode forlænges abonnementet automatisk med en periode svarende til den foregående. Tilbudsperioder (herunder særlige rabatter, vouchers m.v.) kan ikke forlænges. Ved udløbet af en tilbudsperiode fortsætter abonnementet til den normale abonnementspris.

3. Opsigelse
Abonnementet kan altid opsiges skriftligt eller telefonisk. Opsigelse kan altid ske frem til udløbet af den indeværende abonnementsperiode.
Henvendelsen skal ske til Kundeservice, se pkt. 9.

4. Fortrydelsesret
I henhold til forbrugeraftaleloven har du 14 dages fortrydelsesret. Fristen regnes fra det tidspunkt, hvor du logger ind på din kunstprofil først gang.
For at gøre brug af fortrydelsesretten, skal du inden 14 dage meddele dette skriftligt til Kundeservice, se pkt. 9.
Husk at opgive kunstner nummer eller lignende relevant identifikation, så vi kan finde frem til dit abonnement.

5. Behandling af persondata
Oplysninger du afgiver, når du tegner et abonnement hos Kunstsamlingen, registreres og behandles fortroligt af Kunstsamlingen. Personoplysninger indsamles i forbindelse med gennemførelse af køb og giver adgang til tjenester og ydelser.

6. Ansvarsfraskrivelse
Kunstsamlingen påtager sig ikke ansvar for tabt fortjeneste, driftstab eller andre indirekte tab, der måtte opstå som følge af manglende, tekniske fejl, problemer med opkobling til internettet, behandling af data i forbindelse med betaling, eller tab påført på anden vis. Vi fraskriver os tilmed ethvert ansvar for tab forårsaget af manglende opfyldelse af tekniske kravspecifikationer og supplerende vejledninger. Kunstsamlingen er ikke ansvarlig for fejl eller mangler ved købte produkter, herunder fejl i data m.v., medmindre det kan påvises, at fejlen kan tilregnes os som forsætlig eller uagtsom. Aftalen er omfattet af Købelovens mangelsregler som finder anvendelse ved forbrugerkøb.

7. Ændring af abonnementsvilkårene
Kunstsamlingen har til enhver tid ret til at ændre nærværende abonnementsvilkår.
Ændringer vil blive varslet med mindst én måneds varsel og i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning.

8. Retningslinjer for brug og spærring af abonnementer og profiler
Som bruger af Kunstsamlingens webtjenester, er du forpligtet til at udvise hensyn over for andre brugere. Oplysninger og informationer, du afgiver ved brug af dit abonnement, din profil eller indlæg m.v., må ikke være racistiske, injurierende, skrevet i en grov tone eller på anden vis være stødende eller krænkende. Kunstsamlingen forbeholder sig retten til, men er ikke forpligtet til, at redigere og fjerne indhold, der ikke overholder retningslinjerne, uden returnering af betaling for abonnement.
En profil kan endvidere og uden forudgående meddelelse spærres, såfremt Kunstsamlingen finder det påkrævet af tekniske eller sikkerhedsmæssige årsager. Kunstsamlingen foreholder enhver ret til at kræve, at du holder Kunstsamlingen skadesløs for ethvert krav, der måtte opstå som følge af din overtrædelse af nærværende vilkår.
