Kunstsamlingen ApS is an online marketing agency for selling and promoting original and digital works of art.
Kunstsamlingen facilitate the contact between artist and buyer and is NOT a part of the buying and selling agreement.
- Terms and Conditions henceforth referred to as “Terms”.
- Kunstsamlingen.dk and Kunstsamlingen.com henceforth referred to as “Sites”.
- Original Works of Art, Digital Works and Printed Works henceforth referred to as “Works”.
- The service for selling and promoting Works through our sites and social media channels henceforth referred to as “Services”.
When you use Kunstsamlingen, you accept the following terms and conditions.
You are either the sole owner or you have Power of Attorney to the rights for all Works that you make available through the Sites and Services.
You are solely responsible for all Works that you make available through the Sites and Services.
Kunstsamlingen will not be held financially responsible or liable in any way for what you have made available through the Sites and Services.
Kunstsamlingen is not responsible for the color accuracy of any Works displayed on the Sites and Service.
You acknowledge that the Art Collection reserves the right to market your works.
Kunstsamlingen has a quality requirements for the Works, by demanding that the materials used to produce the Works must be made of professional quality. (See Quality Standards and Requirements)
Kunstsamlingen reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable any content of Works, which does not comply with Kunstsamlingen’s quality standards and requirements for the use of materials for the production of the artwork.

The Art Collection can change and update these Terms and information about rights at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions will always be available on our Websites. Use of the application and/or our web pages after a change to the terms is considered the customer's acceptance of the changed terms.
When you register and buy a subscription, you automatically register for payment with your payment card. Automatic payment ensures that your subscription is paid.
You cancel your subscription to your art profile. Once we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation by email. Your art profile will then close within 24 hours.
There are no strings attached, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
