In the midway between Heaven and Sea,
where the winds howl and the storms roar,
there, precisely there, the miracle happens.
Where you meet that which is bigger than you, there you grow!
And there my art is born.
In downwind and headwind.
That's where we take our strugels.
The fight to let go – and let live!

My art is thus not something I have - and not at all something I have the control over.
It comes to me from outside, from above - and from within.
IF it comes.
Because it doesn't always do that.
Often I work in vain.
That's when I want to decide for myself.
When I can't let go.
Then the art dies
- just like love.
